Overview
The 629H13TDDL1B Heated Absolute Baratron® Capacitance Manometer is heated to 100°C and features 1000 Torr full scale pressure measurement at 0.12% accuracy. It has a NW16 size ISO-KF fitting and 9-Pin D-Subminiature electrical connector. Improved temperature control electronics to provide superior long-term stability and repeatability. Based on well established Baratron capacitance manometer technology, the sensor’s wetted surfaces are constructed of Inconel® for excellent resistance to corrosive gases. The stainless steel package provides a cleanroom compatible product. The 629H is directly interchangeable with earlier 629 Baratron capacitance manometers, as well as many competitive products.
