Overview
The727A 1-1000 Torr, Heated General Purpose Absolute Baratron® Capacitance Manometer blend of small size, up to 45 degrees C operating temperature, rugged corrosion-resistant Inconel® sensor, and performance make this heated capacitance diaphragm gauge an ideal solution for new process equipment and retrofits into existing process tools.
- Smallest Baratron® heated vacuum gauge available
- Operating temperature of 45°C prevents deposition of process gases
- Typical accuracy of 0.50% of Reading for accurate vacuum measurement
- Analog output interfaces with most control systems
