Our temperature input modules provide a compact and high density solution for integrating temperature inputs with the MKS Automation Platform PAC or CM modules, or the MultiTherm™ 2000. Temperature input module support interfacing thermocouple (all TC types) or RTD inputs with the MKS Automation Platform. Each TEMP module supports 8 temperature inputs.
