The 390100-YD Micro-Ion® Replacement Gauge is designed to fit the MKS 390 Micro-Ion® ATM Micro-Ion®/Conductron/Piezo Vacuum Gauge Module and features a size NW16 ISO-KF fitting. This field-replaceable gauge assembly can be quickly and easily replaced in the field using only a screwdriver after removal from the vacuum system.
